"Time" (남은 시간)

Because they had no reservations at a busy restaurant, my elderly neighbour and his wife were told there would be a 45-minute wait for a table.                                                              

우리 이웃에 사시는 노인부부가 번잡한 식당에서 예약이 되어 있지 않았기 때문에 테이블이 날 때까지 45분간이나 기다리고 있어야 했다.

"Young man, we're both 90 years old," the husband said. "We may not have 45 minutes."       

남자 노인분이 말씀하시기를 “젊은 이, 우리 둘 다 나이가 아흔 살이에요. 우린 45분 동안 살아 있을지도 몰라요.”                                

They were seated immediately.                                    

그러자 그 두 분은 즉각 자리를 잡을 수 있었답니다.^^
