Toilet Brush (화장실에 빠뜨린 칫솔)
My son Zachary, 4, came screaming out of the bathroom to tell me he'd dropped his toothbrush in the toilet.
4살 먹은 우리 아들 제커리가 화장실에서 자기 칫솔을 빠뜨렸다고 말하려고 소리를 치면서 뛰쳐나왔다.
So I fished it out and threw it in the garbage.
그래서 나는 그걸 건져내서 쓰레기통에 던져넣었다.
Zachary stood there thinking for a moment, then ran to my bathroom and came out with my toothbrush.
제커리는 잠깐동안 서서 생각하더니, 화장실로 달려가서는 내 칫솔을 가지고 나왔다.
He held it up and said with a charming little smile, "We better throw this one out too, 'cause it fell in the toilet a few days ago.“
그리고 그는 묘한 미소를 지으면서 그걸 들고 말하기를 “우리는 이것도 쓰레기통에 버리는 것이 좋겠어요, 며칠 전에 그걸 화장실에 빠뜨렸거든요.”
*ㅋㅋㅋ 그것도 모르고 아빠는 며칠 동안 칫솔 잘 쓰고 있었겠지요? ㅋㅋㅋ
